The Diploma in Bakery & Patisserie is a specialized professional diploma programme offered under the academic collaboration between HRIT University and RIG Institute of Hospitality & Management (RIG). Spanning 1.5 years (3 semesters) — two semesters of theory and practical training plus one semester of industrial training — the programme provides comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in bakery, confectionery, pastry arts, cake decoration, chocolate artistry, and dessert production.
