The Diploma in Food Production is a career-oriented professional diploma programme offered under the academic collaboration between HRIT University and RIG Institute of Hospitality & Management (RIG). Spanning 1.5 years (3 semesters) — two semesters of theory and practical training plus one semester of industrial training — the programme provides fundamental culinary knowledge, practical kitchen skills, and industry exposure for careers in the food production and hospitality sector.
