HRIT University, in collaboration with BIRD and the National Commission for Women, hosted a seminar on "Contribution of Women Employees in the Unorganized Sector" on 14th December 2024.
Key insights were shared by Hon’ble Justice Sudhir Kumar Saxena, Dr. Ratna Pandey, and other experts, highlighting challenges like unequal pay and job insecurity faced by women in the unorganized sector. Over 150 delegates participated, fostering impactful discussions on gender equality and workplace safety.
